D/M SDO Inaugurates Newly Constructed Japanese Funded Primary School










 SDO Inaugurates GS Bambe in Wat
The people of Donga Mantung Division in the North West Region precisely in Wat Village felt privileged to receive one of the rare constructed primary schools funded by the Japanese Government. SDO Ngone Ndode Messape Bernard led an overwhelming delegation made up of his immediate collaborators and Councilors of Nkambe council on Friday May 6 2016 and officially inaugurated the six classrooms equipped with desks, chairs and tables at government primary school Bambe.

The Senior Division being thankful to the Cameroon government and its partners the Japanese for making available such modern structure for GS Bambe, he called on the pupils and teachers of the school to ensure that the property is kept in very good condition.He thanked the people of Wat for the collaborative spirit the exhibited during the construction of new structures.He jokingly said maybe he was not transferred in order to stay on and be part of this historic event at GS Bambe.
On his part Mayor Ngabir Paul Bantar lauded the administration for facilitating all procedure for the requirement to have the Japanese fund the project. Education happens to be the center of every civilized people reasons why GS Bambe stands out today given that so many elite from the area did begin their educational pursuit at GS Bambe. On his part Musa Shey Nfor, an elite and Councilor from the area, he said education remains to greatest pillar to foster development and the practice of witchcraft should be discouraged to encourage elite to invest back at home. To him what he is today is thanks to the education he pursued reason why he can also contribute to the development of his area. The Fon of Wat equally expressed his gratefulness to the Cameroon government and her partners Japan for the largess to his people. To him Bambe is a sacred quarter in Wat where the gods resides and GS Bambe is in good hands given the gods would not be party to any negative influence on the school. The Fon solicited the Mayor of Nkambe not to forget the school field which is an eye sore. In respond the Mayor said for GS Bambe to be a reality this day is because the council worked extremely hard fulfilling the necessary conditions which included the renovation of the old classrooms constructed by parents. He furthered that for any project envisaged within his municipality would attract his attention faster if the community begins something while soliciting support from the council.In the days ahead other council realized projects would be inaugurated says the Mayor. On hand to grace the ceremony were various dance groups which included the famous Mbaya dance.
